BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That the following described property, 96.709 acres of land out of the J.M. Veramendi Survey, being also all of a 95.13 acre tract, as now fenced and occupied, conveyed by G.B. Donalson et al to W.P. Donalson by deed recorded in Volume 159 Page 622 of the Deed Records of Hays Co~nty, Texas, and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a fence corner post found in the occupied South corner of the above mentioned 95.13 acre tract, in the occu~ied East corner of Lot 92 of LauLel Estates Section Two as recorded in Book 1 Page 62 of the Plat Records of Hays Count.y, and on the NW line of FM #2439 for the South corner of this tract. THENCE N 42° 12' W 205.75' to a fence post found for an angle poin~. THENCE N 54° 24' W 69.44' to an iron pin found in the North corner of the said Lot 92 for an angle point. THENCE S 55° 35' W 264.63' to a 36" Live Oak tree found in the occupied West corner of Lot 9l of Laurel Estates for an angle point. THENCE N 42° 27' W 364.17' to an iron pin found in the Sovth corner of Lot 83 of Laurel Estates for an angle point. THENCE N 26° 05' E 556.48' to a fence post found in the East corner of Lot 81 of Laurel Estates for an angle point. THENCE with the NE line of Laurel Estates, as fenced and occupied, fo:.r: the following five (5) courses: (1) N 42° 50' W 276.01' (2) N 43° 08' W 243.78' (3) N 42° 19' W 365.91' (4) N 42° 03' W 365.95' (5) N 47° 43' W 3l5.77' to an iron pin found on the SE line of the Willow Creek Estates Subdivision, in the North corner of Lot 51 of Laurel Estates, and in the occupied West corner of the said 95.13 acre tract for the West corner of this tract.
