Highway No. 621; THENCE with the common line of the highway and McTaggart tract N39°10'27"W 119.40 feet to an ~" iron rod set for the south corner of the aforereferenced Southwestern Bell Telephone Company tract; THENCE with the common line of the Southwestern Bell Telephone Company tract and the McTaggart tract the following two courses: 1. N52°12'14"E 114.00 feet to a fence post for the east corner of the telephone company tract as fenced and used upon the ground, 2. N 37 ° 32' 53 "w 141.19 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING. There are contained within these metes and bounds 57.67 acres. be, and the same is hereby, annexed to the City of San Marcos, Texas. SECTION 2. That the Service Plan for said area, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein for all in- tents and purposes, be, and the same is hereby, approved. SECTION 3. That the corporate limits of said City be, and the same are hereby, extended to include said described territory. SECTION 4. That said described territory shall henceforth be a part of the City of San Marcos, Texas, and any inhabitants thereof shall be entitled to all the rights and privileges of all citizens, and shall be bound by the acts, ordinances, resolu- tions and regulations of said City. SECTION 5. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect ten (10) days from and after final passage and publication in a newspaper of general circulation.
