<br /> SECTION l4. That Section F(8) of Article V of Appendix <br /> C of the Code of Ordinances, City of San Marcos, Texas, is <br /> hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> Section F(8) <br /> 8. Reversal or modification of decision by City <br /> Council: If the City Council reverses a <br /> decision of the Planning Commission or modifies <br /> a decision of the Planning Commission granting <br /> a permit for a P. U . D., the findings and condi- <br /> tions shall be set forth as in paragraph 7 <br /> above. <br /> SECTION 15. That Section F(lO) of Article V of Appendix <br /> C of the Code of Ordinances, City of San Marcos, Texas, is <br /> hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> Section F (10) <br /> 10. Filing fee: Before or upon application for <br /> a planned unit development permit, the appli- <br /> cant shall present to the Planning Commission <br /> and the Director of Planning for their review, <br /> a preliminary development plan of that portion <br /> of the area on which improvements are to be <br /> constructed in conformity with the standards <br /> contained herein. Said plan shall be accompanied <br /> by: <br /> a. Application on a form prescribed for <br /> this purpose by the city, and <br /> b. Payment of a fee, in addition to all <br /> other fees required, in the amount of <br /> fifty dollars ($50.00). Upon, but not <br /> before, the approval, registration and <br /> recording of the development plan as <br /> hereinafter set forth, the applicant(s) <br /> for said plan shall be entitled to <br /> apply for such permits and certificates <br /> as are necessary to proceed with the <br /> accomplishment of the plan. <br /> SECTION 16. That Section F(12) (b) of Article V of Appendix <br /> C of the Code of Ordinances, City of San Marcos, Texas, is <br /> hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> Section F(12) (b) <br /> b. In the review of a preliminary development <br /> plan by the Director of Planning, he shall <br /> recommend to the Planning Commission whether <br /> the said preliminary plan shall be approved <br /> subject to compliànce with modifications or <br /> conditions. <br /> SECTION 17. That Section F(14) of Article V of Appendix <br /> C of the Code of Ordinances, City of San Marcos, Texas, is <br /> hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> Section F(14) <br /> 14. Recording: After completing its review of a <br /> development plan, the Planning Commission shall <br /> return such plan and all pertinent data, together <br /> with a written list of recommendations to the <br /> Building Official. All approved development plans <br /> shall be registered and recorded by the official <br /> as hereinafter set forth. <br /> -6- <br />
