Library expansion <br /> is one of the objectives cited in our city's recently adopted Master <br /> Plan. <br /> I n order for the city to qualify for this grant, CAPCO must review <br /> the enclosed preliminary application and forward comments on it to: <br /> William Gooch <br /> Assistant State Librarian <br /> Texas State Library <br /> Box 12927, Capitol Station <br /> Austin, Tx. 78711 <br /> The timetable for administering the LSCA grant program calls for the <br /> State Library to make funding recommendations by September 1, 1983. <br /> We therefore, ask that you forward your comments on our proposal <br /> to Mr. Gooch prior to that date. <br /> Should you have any questions regarding the application, please contact <br /> Stephanie Langenkamp, Director of the San Marcos Public Library, <br /> at (512) 392-8125.
