<br /> 96 <br /> RESOLUTION No. 1983-42R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS <br /> APPROVING THE SUBMISSION OF A <br /> "SMALL CITIES" ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT <br /> APPLICATION TO THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT <br /> OF COMMUNITY AFFAIRS <br /> WHEREAS, the City of San Marcos, Texas lS entitled to <br /> participate in the Economic Development "Small Cities" <br /> funding for Fiscal Year 1983-84; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of San Marcos, Texas desires to <br /> exerClse said entitlement pursuant to said act; now, <br /> therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That the City Manager, A. C. Gonzalez, <br /> or his successor, be and is hereby <br /> authorized to submit on behalf of the <br /> City of San Marcos, Texas an application <br /> to participate in the above described <br /> program pursuant to the terms and <br /> provisions of an Economic Development <br /> Program, said application to be forwarded <br /> to the Texas Department of Community <br /> Affairs. <br /> PART 2.
