<br /> CERTIFICATE OF THE CITY SECRETARY <br /> THE STATE OF TEXAS § <br /> § <br /> COUNTY OF HAYS § <br /> I, the undersigned, City Secretary of the City Council of <br /> the City of San Marcos, Texas, County of Hays, Texas, DO HEREBY <br /> CERTIFY as follows: <br /> 1. That on the 12th day of September, 1983, the City <br /> Council of San Marcos, Texas, County of Hays, Texas, convened in <br /> open session at its regular meeting place in the City Hall <br /> at 630 East Hopkins Street, San Marcos, Texas, of said City the <br /> duly constituted members of the City Council being as follows: <br /> Emmie Craddock Mayor <br /> Karl Brown § <br /> Fred Guerra § <br /> John Kreczmer § Councilmembers <br /> Betty Jane Kissler § <br /> Jaime Moore § <br /> Gerald Farr § <br /> and all of said persons were present at said meeti~~l ~~egt the <br /> . . so U l n <br /> followlng: Gerald Farr not present to vote on thls/, ng other <br /> business considered at said meeting, the attached Resolution <br /> entitled: <br /> A RESOLUTION by the City Council of the City of San <br /> Marcos, Texas, relating to the approval of the <br /> issuance of certain refunding and new money bonds <br /> by the Central Texas Higher Education Authority, <br /> Inc.; approving the issuance of such bonds and <br /> making certain findings in connection therewith. <br /> was introduced and submitted to the City Council for passage and <br /> adoption. After presentation and due consideration of the <br /> resolution, a motion was made by Mr. Guerra that the <br /> resolution be finally passed and adopted. The motion was seconded <br /> by Mr. Farr and carried by the following vote: <br /> 6 vote "For" 0 voted "Against" 0 abstained <br /> 1 not present during vote. <br /> all as shown in the official Minutes of the City Council for the <br /> meeting held on the aforesaid date. <br />
