<br /> <br /> Res. 2014 – 61R <br /> Postponed on 4/29/2014 <br /> <br /> <br />Consider approval of Resolution 2014-61R approving the terms of a pass through loan from <br />the State of Texas, Office of the Governor’s Small Business Incubator Fund in the amount <br />of $800,000.00 for the purpose of enabling the City to loan such funds to Upland Analytics, <br />Inc., under a Chapter 380 Economic Development Incentive Agreement as an inducement <br />for the company to locate its operations to the City; authorizing the City Manager to execute <br />any and all loan documents and agreements necessary to accept and enter into such loan; <br />and declaring an effective date. <br /> <br /> <br />A motion was made by Mayor Pro-Tem Thomaides, seconded by Council Member Scott, <br />that this Resolution be postponed to May 6, 2014. The motion carried by the following vote: <br /> <br />For: 7 - Mayor Guerrero, Mayor Pro-Tem Thomaides, Deputy Mayor Pro Tem Becak, Council <br /> Thomason, Council Member Scott, Council Member Prather and Council Member Prewitt <br />Interlocal with State of TX for pass through loan of $800,000 for Upland <br /> <br />Analytics, Inc. <br />Against: 0 - <br /> <br />
