46 MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, AUGUST 28, 1985 PRESENT: Mayor Emmie Craddock Council Members * Karl W. Brown Bill Coddington Gerald G. Herrera Assistant City Attorney Joan Kennerly Director of Env. and Engineering Steve Jenkins Director of Finance Nora Chavez Director of Planning Frank Robbins Also Present: Melissa Millecam, Ofelia Vasquez, Ken Claybourn, Sheralyn Brown, A. D. Carroll, Bob Smith, Dan Gibson, Betty Stansbury, Margie Villalpando, Tom Partin, Roxanne McKimmey, Pat Bethea, Nina Pryatel, Margie Hernandez and others. Mayor Craddock called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. Mr. Coddington ~oved the Council adjourn into Executive Session pursuant to Article 6252-17, §2(g), V.A.C.S., to discuss the appointment, employ- ment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline and dismissal of a public officer or employee and complaints or charges against a public employee and Mr. Guerra seconded the motion, which passed unanimously (5:05 p.m.). Mr. Brown moved the Council reconvene at 6:27 p.m. and Mr. Farr second- ed the motion, which passed unanimously (Mr. Nicola was present at 5:06 p.m. and Mr. ~ro~n was present at 5:15 p.m. Mr. Coddington was not present to vote on thls ltem).
