Veramendi Survey N.o. 1, A-l7, in Hays County, Texas, <br /> same being all of the following tracts: 1) a 52.49 acre <br /> tract described in a deed from George Norman Jackson, et al, <br /> to Jack R. Barnes, Trustee, dated August 19, 1971 and <br /> recorded in Volume 245, Page 533 of the Hays County Deed <br /> Records, 2) a 35.l0 acre tract described in a deed from James <br /> Marcus Jackson, et ux, to Jack R. Barnes, Trustee, dated <br /> August 19, 1971 and recorded in Volume 245, page 283 of the <br /> Hays County Deed Records, and 3) a 33.9l acre tract described <br /> in a deed from George Norman Jackson Sr. to Jack R. Barnes, <br /> Trustee, dated August 19; 1971 and recorded in Volume 245, <br /> Page 286 of the Hays County Deed Records and being more <br /> particularly described by metes and bounds as follows: <br /> BEGINNING at an iron rod found for the east <br /> corner of the Barnes 33.91 acre tract, the south <br /> corner of the 53.936 acre tract described in a <br /> deed from W. P. Donalson, et al, to Thermon <br /> Industrial Development Corporation dated <br /> September 19, 1980 and recorded in Volume 347, <br /> Page 629 of the Hays County Deed Records, and <br /> being in the northwest line of Interstate <br /> Highway No. 35; <br /> THENCE leaving the PLACE OF BEGINNING with the <br /> common southeast line of all three Barnes tracts <br /> and northwest line of Interstate Highway No. 35 <br /> as shown on that plat No. 21038-83-a dated <br />
