ONE, HAYS COUNTY, TEXAS, AND <br /> BEING A PART OF 219.07 ACRES DESCRIBED IN A DEED <br /> FROM W.C. CARSON TO SAN MARCOS BUSINESS PARK BY <br /> DEED DATED JUNE 3, 1983 AND RECORDED IN VOLUME <br /> 394, PAGE 895,HAYS COUNTY DEED RECORDS, A/K/A <br /> 201 WONDER WORLD DRIVE, FROM "LI" (LIGHT INDUSTRIAL <br /> DISTRICT) TO "c" (COMMERCIAL DISTRICT). <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> SECTION 1. ONE, HAYS COUNTY, TEXAS <br /> AND BEING A PART OF 2l9.07 ACRES DESCRIBED IN <br /> A DEED FROM W.C. CARSON TO SAN MARCOS BUSINESS <br /> PARK BY DEED DATED JUNE 3, 1983 AND RECORDED IN <br /> VOLUME 394, PAGE 895, HAYS COUNTY DEED RECORDS <br /> AND IS MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED BY METES AND <br /> BOUNDS AS FOLLOWS: <br /> COMMENCING at the intersection of the southeast <br /> line of F.M. #2439 (Hunter Road) and the north- <br /> east line of F.M. #3407 (Wonder World Drive- <br /> formerly Redwood Road); <br /> THENCE with the common northeast line of F.M. <br /> #3407 and the southwest line of the San Marcos <br /> Business Park tract S46°17'00"E 1069.71 feet to <br /> a point for the west corner and the PLACE OF <br /> BEGINNING of this tract; <br /> THENCE leaving the PLACE OF BEGINNING and entering <br /> the San Marcos Business Park tract N43°29'06"E 323.19 <br /> feet to a point for the north corner of this tract; <br /> THENCE S46°17'OO"E 350.56 feet to an iron rod set <br /> for the east corner of this tract; <br /> THENCE S43°32'00"W 323.19 feet to an iron rod set <br /> for the south corner of this tract in the afore- <br /> referencE-"C1 corner line of F.M. #3407 and the San <br /> Marcos Business Park tract; <br /> THENCE with said common line N46°l7'00"W 350.29 feet <br /> to the PLACE OF BEGINNING. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and <br /> effect ten (10) days from and after passage and publication in a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the area. <br />
