ATTACHMENT "B" TRANSPORTATION REINVESTMENT ZONE NUMBER ONE, CITY OF SAN MARCOS BOUNDARY DESCRIPTION The boundaries of the Zone are within approximately one mile on both sides of the Zone centerline (with various adjustments to that width in different parts of the Zone) as described henceforth: Part 1 — Approximately 0.39 acre Being all of the County of Hays called 0.39 acre, Part of Lot 2, being located along the existing southwest right -of -way line of Centerpoint Road. PART 2 - Approximately 5,514 acres (8.6 square miles) BEGINNING at the west corner of the Raul Antonio Rodriguez called Lot 1, Center Point Court Subdivision, being on the existing northeast right -of -way line of Centerpoint Road; THENCE Northeasterly, to the north corner of the Center Point Court, LP called Lot 4B, Center Point Court Subdivision; THENCE Southeasterly, to the most northeast corner of the said Center Point Court, LP called Lot 4B, Center Point Court Subdivision; THENCE Northeasterly, to the most westerly south corner of the SLF II- McCarty, LP called 248.294 acre tract; THENCE Northwesterly, to the west corner of the, said SLF II- McCarty, LP called 248.294 acre tract, being on the existing east right -of -way line of IH 35; THENCE Northeasterly, to the north corner of the said SLF II- McCarty, LP called 248.294 acre tract, being at the intersection of the said existing east right -of -way line of IH 35 and existing southwest right -of -way line of East McCarty Lane; THENCE Easterly, over and across East McCarty Lane, to the WUSD Properties called 188.55 acre tract, being on the existing northeast right -of -way line of East McCarty Lane; THENCE Northeasterly, to an interior ell corner of the said WUSD Properties called 188.55 acre tract; THENCE Northwesterly, to the most northerly west corner of the said WUSD Properties called 188.55 acre tract, being on the existing east right -of -way line of IH 35;
