RESOLUTION 2014 -80R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE <br />CITY AND THE IMAGE NETWORK, INC. D /B /A DOVER, KOHL & <br />PARTNERS FOR THE PROVISION OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES IN <br />CONNECTION WITH THE LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE REWRITE <br />IN AN AMOUNT NOT -TO- EXCEED $250,000.00; CONTINGENT UPON <br />THE CONSULTANT'S PROVISION OF SUFFICIENT INSURANCE IN <br />ACCORDANCE WITH THE ATTACHED AGREEMENT; <br />AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR HIS DESIGNEE TO <br />EXECUTE THIS AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY; AND <br />DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br />PART 1. The attached agreement between the City and The Image Network, Inc. d/b /a <br />Dover, Kohl & Partners for the provision of professional services in connection with the Land <br />Development Code Rewrite in an amount not -to- exceed $250,000.00 is approved contingent <br />upon the Consultant's provision of sufficient insurance in accordance with the attached <br />agreement. <br />PART 2. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to execute the Agreement on <br />behalf of the City. <br />PART 3.
