In fact, our car was damaged by a hit - and -run
driver.
As you know, most of the residents on Sagewood are college students. Either they
have not been taught or do not care about respect, laws and regulations. Since they
are not the property owners, they have no stake in keeping the properties in good
condition or maintaining a good relationship with those in the surrounding areas.
We are coming to you, our elected officials, for relief from these problems:
1. Noise (from Sagewood and the TSU busses on N. LBJ between Holland
and Craddock))
2. Speeders.
3. Zoning violations.
4. Property devaluation.
We need consistency in making the laws of our city understood and enforced.
Please help us to live in a safe and enjoyable environment.
Si erel
aul C.
