<br />Mr. Coddington moved for approval of the Ordinance on second reading
<br />and approval of the amendments as discussed at first reading (1) not
<br />to abandon one of the alleys, (2) to not designate the exact location
<br />of the sewer line to be constructed by Realcom, Inc., (3) that the
<br />deeds not be executed until the granting of easements to the City by
<br />the necessary property owners for the maintenance of said sanitary
<br />sewer line as set forth in Section 1 of the Ordinance and (4) submis-
<br />sion of security (rather than letter of credit) in the amount of
<br />$5,700.00 to the City which represents one and one-half times the
<br />estimated cost of installation and construction of the sewer line pro-
<br />vided for in Section 1 of the Ordinance. Mr. Farr seconded the motion.
