92 Regular Meeting November 14, 1985 Page 11 Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of variances to off-premise advertising signs Moratorium Ordinance, requested by Sign- Arts (John Diaz). Mayor Craddock moved for approval of the three re- quested variances of Sign-Arts and Mr. Brown seconded the motion, which passed unanimously Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration employing a consultant to assist the City in evaluating L.C.R.A. proposal to purchase elec- trical system and direction for preparation of Contract documents. Ms. Kissler moved this item be tabled until after Executive Session and Mr. Brown seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mr. Guerra moved to adjourn into Executive Session pursuant to Article 6252-17, §§2 (e} and (g), V.A.C.S. to discuss matters where the duties of the City Attorney to the City pursuant to the Code of Professional Responsibility of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with Article 6252-17; and the evaluation of a public officer or employee, respectively, and §2(e) to discuss contemplated litigation. Mayor Craddock seconded the motion, which passed unanimously (9:22 p.m.). Mayor Craddock moved the Council reconvene at 10:23 p.m. and Ms. Kissler seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration employing a consultant to assist the City in evaluating L.C.R.A. proposal to purchase electrical system and direction for preparation of Contract documents. Ms. Kissler moved the matter be tabled to the November 18, 1985 Meeting and Mr. Brown seconded the motion, which passed unanimously.
