78 Special Meeting November 14, 1985 Page 2 Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration adoption of an Ordinance on emergency granting the consent of the City to the creation of a Municipal utility District: San Marcos Municipal utility District No. 1. Kent Butler advised the Council he had reviewed all Exhibits to the Consent Agreement with the exception of the Land Use Plan, and that they were okay. Since ample opportunity had not been afforded for the Council's review of this Ordinance and its attachments, the Council directed a meeting be scheduled Monday, November 18, 1985 to adopt this Ordinance and the following three Ordinances relating to the creation of Municipal Utility Districts: San Marcos Municipal Utility District No.2; Hays County Municipal Utility District No.2; and Hays County Municipal Utility District No.3. Mayor Craddock then moved that the City consent to the creation of the proposed San Marcos Municipal Utility District No.1, subject to the adoption of an Ordin- ance approving an Agreement between the City and the land owners and developers of the proposed district and Mr. Guerra seconded the motion. On roll call the following vote was recorded: AYE: Craddock, Guerra, Kissler, Nicola. NAY: None. ABSTAIN: Brown, Coddington. Mayor Craddock moved that the City consent to the creation of the proposed San Marcos Municipal Utility District No. 2, subject to the adoption of an Ordinance approving an Agreement between the City and the land owners and developers of the proposed district and Ms. Kissler seconded the motion. On roll call the following vote was recorded: AYE: Craddock, Guerra, Kissler, Nicola. NAY: None. ABSTAIN: Brown, Coddington. Mayor Craddock Doved that the City consent to the creation of the proposed Hays County Municipal Utility District No. 3, subject to the adoption of an Ordinance approving an Agreement between the City and the land owners and developers of the proposed district and Ms. Kissler seconded the motion.
