<br />10 <br />Regular Meeting November 25, 1985 Page 10 <br />Nichols stated they needed a video tape of the Main interceptor. Mr. <br />Coddington stated he wanted a shorter contract design period than the <br />ten months estimated by Freese and Nichols. Stanley Hughson, Danny <br />Roth, Thomas Watts, Mr. Zimmerman and David Honeycutt all addressed <br />the Council asking for the Council to end the moratorium, as it is <br />holding up projects and costing developers time and money. City At- <br />torney Hankins stated we needed information addressed in Mr. Robbins' <br />November 20 memorandum (Section 2. e.) regarding additional flows creating <br />significant problems and to get the design work done faster than ten <br />months. Ray Longoria stated they needed technical information regarding <br />peak capacity of line, the effects of same and the condition of the Main <br />Interceptor through the video tapes. The Staff is to try to provide the <br />Council at one of the meetings in January, 1986 the results of the TV <br />monitoring. City Planner Frank Robbins addressed the Council regarding <br />the Post Road Impact Ordinance (proposed Ordinance). <br />Mr. Guerra moved the Council adjourn into Executive Session pursuant to <br />Article 6252-17, §§2 (e) and (f), V.A.C.S., to discuss matters where the <br />duties of the City Attorney to the City pursuant to the Code of Profes- <br />sional Responsibility of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with <br />Article 6252-17; and exchange, lease and value of real property, <br />respectively, and Mr. Brown seconded the motion, which passed unani- <br />mously (11:06 p.m.). <br />Mr. Brown moved to reconvene at 12:03 a.m. and Ms. Kissler seconded the <br />motion, which passed unanimously. <br />The meeting adjourned at 12:04 a.m. on motion made by Mr. Coddington <br />and seconded by Mr. Guerra. <br /> L (J~{~---~ <br /> E <br />¡) á! ~UÑl M <br />Karl W.
