<br /> TIAL TO COMMERCIAL FOR TWO (2) TRACTS OF LAND CONSISTING
<br /> OF A TOTAL OF 1.57 ACRES, MORE OR LESS, AND FROM LOW
<br /> DENSITY RESIDENTIAL TO OFFICE AND PROFESSIONAL FOR ONE
<br /> (1) TRACT OF LAND CONSISTING OF 0.59 ACHES, MORE OR LESS,
<br /> ALL OF SAID TRACTS BEING A POHTION OF THAT 49.48 ACRES

<br /> RANCH PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT; MAKING THE FINAL DEVELOP-
<br /> MENT PLAN OF SAID PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT A PART OF THE
<br /> OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE
