(b) A street -like private drive so long as any on- street parking is oriented away from the adjacent single - <br />family zoning and the drive is at least thirty -five feet (35') in width. Sidewalks shall not be required <br />on the side of the drive adjacent to the single - family lot, and <br />(3) A minimum six foot tall masonry wall along the shared property line of the single - family and multifamily <br />tract.
