This Easement shall be binding upon and shall be for the benefit of the heirs, successors, <br />representatives and assigns of Grantor and Grantee, whether assigned, devised or otherwise <br />transferred in whole or in part by either party. All modifications to this Easement must be in writing <br />and signed by both parties. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the rights, privileges and authority hereby granted unto the <br />Grantee, its successors and assigns, forever and Grantor does hereby agree to warrant and defend <br />said Easement unto Grantee, its successors and assigns.
