IN VOLUME 46, PAGE 448 OF THE HAYS <br />COUNTY DEED RECORDS, BEING ALL OF THAT TRACT DESCRIBED AS <br />1.34790 ACRES, IN A DEED FROM AURELIUS GP, LLC., TO AURELIUS, <br />Ltd., DATED SEPTEMBER 17, 2010 AND RECORDED IN VOLUME 3973, PAGE <br />98 OF THE HAYS COUNTY OFrICIAL PUBLIC RECORDS, AND BEING MORE <br />PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED BY METES AND BOUNDS AS FOLLOWS: <br />BEGINNING at a 4" iron rod set in the south line of Comal Street <br />and east. line of C.M. Allen Parkway for the northwest corner of <br />this description and the Aurelius 1.34790 acre tract and <br />northeast corner of that tract described as 1.64231 acres in a <br />condemnation document styled Urban Renewal Agency VS. Reuben H. <br />Meeks et al dated July 18, 1974 and recorded in Volume 274, Page <br />624 of the Hays County deed Records; <br />THENCE leaving C.M. Allen parkway, the Urban, Renewal Agency <br />1.64231 acre tract, and the PLACE OF BEGINNING as shown on that <br />plat numbered 26554- 11 -1 -d dated August 3, 2011 prepared for <br />Aurelius, Ltd. by Byrn & Associates, Inc. of San Marcos, Texas, <br />with the common north line of the Aurelius tract and south line <br />of Comal Street, N 82 °00,00" E (being the bearing basis for this <br />description) 111.45 .feet to a 4,1 iron rod set for the northwest <br />corner of what is shown as a "Private Way" on the plat of Katy <br />Addition as recorded in Volume 34, Page 117 of the Nays County <br />Deed Records for the northeast corner of the Aurelius tract; <br />THENCE leaving Comal Street with the common east line of the <br />Aurelius tract and west line of the Private Way, the following <br />five courses: <br />1.
