The Council reconvened into regular session at approximately 8:20pm. Council provided <br />direction to continue the evaluation of the City Manager in Executive Session at the next regular <br />City Council Meeting on August 6, 2013. <br />5. Consider the Public Hearing dates proposed by Staff regarding the 2013 Property Tax <br />Rate and Fiscal Year 2013 -2014 Budget, and provide direction to Staff. <br />MOTION: Upon a motion made by Council Member Thomason, and a second by Council <br />Member Becak, the City Council voted six (6) for, none (0) opposed, and one (1) absent, Council <br />Member Scott to approve the Public Hearing dates proposed by Staff regarding the 2013 <br />Property Tax Rate and Fiscal Year 2013 -2014 Budget. The motion carried. <br />6. Question and Answer Session with Press and Public <br />None. <br />7. Adiournment <br />MOTION: Upon a motion made by Council Member Becak, and a second by Council Member <br />Thomason, the City Council voted six (6) for, none (0) opposed, and one (1) absent, Council <br />Member Scott to adjourn the special called meeting of the San Marcos City Council at 8:21 pm <br />p.m. on July 16, 2013.
