6. Using the existing calibrated traffic model as the base, code AM and PM peak hour <br />SYNCHRO models to reflect transportation network configurations associated with the <br />proposed operational improvement configurations. Up to two (2) scenarios shall be <br />modeled as listed below for design year (2020) traffic volume conditions: <br />a) No build condition (Year 2020); <br />b) Two alternative scenarios for the intersection of Pat Garrison Street and <br />Fredericksburg Road. Alternatives may include but are not limited to: one - <br />way street conversion, roundabout, and/or partial roadway closures. <br />7. Attend meeting with CITY staff to review study results and recommendations. <br />E. Waterline Relocation <br />The Engineer will: <br />1. Perform a site visit to assess the constructability aspects of the Project area. <br />2. Using survey and available City records, identify and locate all existing utilities in the <br />study area. <br />3. Based on existing conditions, identify locations for new waterlines along Fredericksburg <br />Street and Pat Garrison Street. The Engineer will prepare a preliminary construction cost <br />estimate for the proposed waterlines. <br />4. Summarize findings and recommendations in the PER. <br />F. Drainap-e <br />The Engineer will: <br />1. Perform a site visit to assess the hydrologic and hydraulic characteristics of the project <br />area. <br />2. Based on survey and field visit, identify existing drainage elements at the intersection <br />of Pat Garrison Street and Fredericksburg Street. <br />3. Review proposed conceptual alternatives and identify drainage impacts at the intersection <br />of Pat Garrison Street and Fredericksburg Street. <br />4. Prepare a preliminary construction estimate for the proposed drainage improvements. <br />5.
