terms of this Agreement, the Owner agrees and acknowledges that, in addition to the City's other <br />remedies available at law or in equity, such acts will constitute a petition for voluntary <br />annexation by the Owner, and the Property or any portion of the Property, as applicable, will be <br />subject to annexation at the discretion of the City. The Owner agrees that such annexation shall <br />be voluntary and the Owner hereby consents to such annexation as though a petition for such <br />annexation had been tendered by the Owner. <br />2.4. City Enforcement Authority. During the term of this Agreement or until all or <br />any portion of the Property is annexed, as applicable, the City is authorized to enforce all <br />regulations and planning authority of the City that do not interfere with the use of the area for <br />agriculture, wildlife management or timber land in the same manner that the regulations are <br />enforced within the City's corporate limits. <br />2.5. Status Upon Annexation. Any portions of the Property annexed by the City <br />pursuant to this Agreement will initially be zoned Future Development District pursuant to <br />applicable zoning ordinances of the City pending determination of the annexed area's permanent <br />zoning in accordance with the provisions of applicable law and the City's zoning ordinances. <br />Upon annexation by the City, the City shall have full legal authority to enforce all applicable <br />regulations, planning authority and other ordinances with respect to the annexed area. <br />2.6. Term. The term of this Agreement (the "Term ") is from the Effective Date until <br />February 4, 2023. <br />2.7. Termination. At such time as any portion of the Property is annexed or if all of <br />the Property is annexed under the terms of this Agreement, this Agreement shall terminate as to <br />annexed area. <br />3. <br />
