terms of this Agreement, the Owner agrees and acknowledges that, in addition to the City's other remedies available at law or in equity, such acts will constitute a petition for voluntary annexation by the Owner, and the Property or any portion of the Property, as applicable, will be subject to annexation at the discretion of the City. The Owner agrees that such annexation shall be voluntary and the Owner hereby consents to such annexation as though a petition for such annexation had been tendered by the Owner. 2.4. City Enforcement Authority. During the term of this Agreement or until all or any portion of the Property is annexed, as applicable, the City is authorized to enforce all regulations and planning authority of the City that do not interfere with the use of the area for agriculture, wildlife management or timber land in the same manner that the regulations are enforced within the City's corporate limits. 2.5. Status Upon Annexation. Any portions of the Property annexed by the City pursuant to this Agreement will initially be zoned Future Development District pursuant to applicable zoning ordinances of the City pending determination of the annexed area's permanent zoning in accordance with the provisions of applicable law and the City's zoning ordinances. Upon annexation by the City, the City shall have full legal authority to enforce all applicable regulations, planning authority and other ordinances with respect to the annexed area. 2.6. Term. The term of this Agreement (the "Term ") is from the Effective Date until February 4, 2023. 2.7. Termination.
