As the Local Health Authority, your professional advice may be <br />requested by me or my staff in the administration of local laws related to public health within <br />the City of San Marcos. In addition, you agree to ensure compliance with the Texas Health and <br />Safety Code requirements for the City's Automated Eternal Defibrillators program. <br />Your compensation for your services is a fixed monthly rate of $125.00. The term for your <br />appointment and this agreement shall be for a period of two years effective October 1, 2014. <br />I would like to place this on the City Council agenda for review and approval September. If you <br />would continue to serve as our City Health Authority for the next two year term, please sign, <br />date and return the attached agreement to my office no later than Tuesday, September 2, <br />2014.
