ORDINANCE NO. 2014 -61 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE 2014 -44, <br />ON EMERGENCY, EDITING THE EARLY VOTING <br />LOCATIONS AND TIMES FOR THE GENERAL CITY <br />ELECTION BY ADDING AN ADDITIONAL DAY AT TEXAS <br />STATE SAN MARCOS AND ADDING SETON MEDICAL <br />CENTER HAYS AS AN EARLY VOTING LOCATION; <br />DECLARING AN EMERGENCY; AND PROVIDING AN <br />EFFECTIVE DATE <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br />SECTION 1. That Section 7 of Ordinance 2014 -44, setting forth the polling place <br />locations and the dates and times for early voting in the General City Election, is hereby <br />amended by adding an additional day of voting at Texas State San Marcos and to add Seton <br />Medical Center Hays as an early voting location as follows: <br />Texas State San Marcos <br />LBJ Student Center <br />700 Student Center Drive <br />San Marcos, TX <br />Seton Medical Center Hays <br />6001 Kyle Parkway <br />Kyle Texas, 78640 <br />October 27 -30, 2014 <br />October 21 -22 2014 <br />11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. <br />11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. <br />SECTION 2.
