12. The City shall submit for review by the County facility planning reports <br />supporting the proposed subdivision as required in chapter 285 of title 30 of <br />the Texas Administrative Code. <br />13. The City shall review flood plain drainage analysis of FEMA regulated <br />floodplans that are submitted in connection with proposed subdivision plans <br />for compliance with the Caldwell County Flood Damage Prevention Order. <br />14. The City shall provide the County with a copy of any complete subdivision <br />application for its review, and shall consider all written comments and <br />recommendations, if any, received from the County within twenty -one (21) <br />days of receipt of the application, and shall integrate all such written <br />comments and recommendations into any comments that are provided to the <br />applicant/developer. <br />IV. GENERAL PROVISIONS <br />1. General Administration: Administering this Agreement and the contact <br />person for the County shall be the Caldwell County Subdivision <br />Coordinator or his or her representative. Administering this Agreement <br />and the contact person and representative for the City shall be the Director <br />of Development Services, or his or her designee. <br />10 <br />
