Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, <br />illegal, or unenforceable, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability <br />shall not affect the remaining provisions of this Agreement. <br />5. Breach: The failure of either party to comply with the terms and <br />conditions of this Agreement shall constitute a breach of this Agreement. <br />However, the parties agree to work together to resolve disputes arising <br />under this Agreement, including a breach, and neither parry shall be liable <br />to the other party for any errors or omissions in the review or approval of <br />an application or in the inspection of infrastructure installations.
