Hopkins, San Marcos, Texas, to con - <br />j sider the following: <br />a) amending the future land use map of the master <br />plan of the city, from "FD" Future Development to - <br />"P" Public and Institutional , for a 76.06 acre, more <br />or less, tract of property located at 325 McCarty; <br />amending the Official Zoning Map of the City by <br />rezoning this tract "FD" Future Development to <br />"P" Public and Institutional District; including pro- <br />cedural provisions; an providing for penalties. <br />b) amending the Official Zoning Map of the City to <br />change the zoning for a 1.105 acre, more or less, <br />tract of property located in lot Block 1, R & R Sub- <br />I division at 2101 Highway 123 from "FD" Future <br />Development to "GC" General Commercial; includ- <br />ing procedural provisions; and providing for penal - <br />ties. <br />C) changing the name of Water Tower Street, from <br />its intersection with split Rail Drive to its intersec- <br />tion with Silo Street, to Fence Line Drive; and in <br />cluding procedural provisions. <br />Individuals who require auxiliary aids and service <br />f ' this meeting shoyld contact the City of Sa cos ADA Coordinator at 393 -8244, (voice) <br />8229 � TDD). <br />lley Goodwin, Interim City Clerk <br />
