THE DAILY RECORD, San Marcos, TX., Friday, March 16, 2007 - PAGE 5B <br />PUBLIC NOTICE <br />The City Council of the City of San Macros, Texas <br />will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 3, <br />2007, at 7;00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City <br />Hall, 630 E. Hopkins, San Marcos, Texas to ac- <br />cept citizen comments on the Community Devel- <br />opment Block Grant (CDBG) 2007 Action Plan al- <br />locations. <br />The City has been awarded $532,495 in CDBG <br />grant funds for 2007, which will become available <br />on October 1st, These funds will be used to sup- <br />port programs and projects that address an identi- <br />fied priority need and that primarily benefit low to <br />moderate income families in San Marcos. <br />All area residents are encouraged to attend the <br />public hearing and to provide their comments on <br />the Action Plan allocations. <br />The City of San Marcos does not discriminate on <br />the basis of disability in the admission or access to <br />its services, programs, or activities.
