Hopkins, at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 20, <br />2007, to consider the following: <br />1) amending the Future Land Use Map of the Mas- <br />ter Plan of the City; from Commercial to Low Den - <br />sity Residential for a 1.6 acre, more or less, tract <br />of property located at 1100 Prospect; amending <br />the Official Zoning Map of the City by rezoning this <br />tract from "D° Duplex District to "SF -6" Single <br />Family Residence; including procedural provi- <br />sions; and providing for penalties. <br />2) amending the Official Zoning Map of the City to <br />establish the zoning for a 119.165 acre, more or <br />less, tract of property located in tract 88 of the <br />Juan M..Veramendi Survey No. 1, fronting the <br />2500 -2800 Blocks of IH -35 South as "PDD" Plan- <br />; ned Development District, with base zoning of <br />"GC" General Commercial District (105.612 acres, <br />more or less), "MU" Mixed Use District (5.791 <br />acres, more or less); approving a Land Use Plan <br />and Development Standards for the Stone Creek <br />Crossing PDD; including procedural provisions; <br />and providing for penalties. <br />Individuals who require auxiliary aids and services <br />for this meeting should contact the City of San <br />Marcos ADA Coordinator at 393 -8244 (voice) or <br />39341229 (TDD). <br />Shelley Goodwin, I , 01City Clerk <br />
