P.M., Sart - Mareos,� <br />Texas time ort "Jantiary 8; `2007,'an dut•nng that <br />meeting, the City Council will consider adopting a <br />resolution and take other actions as may be <br />deemed necessary to authorize and approve the <br />creation of Hays Caldwell Public Utility Agency un- <br />der Texas Local Government Code Chapter 422, <br />as amended. The other participating entities,, City <br />of Buda, Texas, City of Kyle, Texas and Canyon <br />Regional Water Authority, will also consider adopt- <br />ing resolutions approving the creation of the Hays <br />i Caldwell Public Utility Agency. The Hays Caldwell <br />Public Utility Agency will be created on the date <br />q that the concurrent resolutions of the Participating <br />Public Entities take effect This notice is given• un- <br />der the provisions of Texas Local Government <br />4 Code Chapter 422, as amended, and specifically <br />F Texas Local Government Code Section 422.054. <br />The meeting is accessible to persons with disabili- <br />ties. <br />Shelley Goodwin, Interim City Clerk <br />
