22. Counterparts: This lease may be executed by the parties in any number of counterparts, <br />each of which when so executed and delivered shall be deemed an original instrument, <br />but all such counterparts together shall constitute but one and the same instrument. <br />23. Limitations on Use. Lessee does hereby accept and agrees to use the Property subject to <br />all limitations now and hereafter placed upon it as set forth in the Permit and as may be <br />amended from time to time; (i) under the rules of the EAA, including but not limited to <br />non - permanent reductions, restrictions, or prohibitions on the withdrawal and/or use of <br />said Permit as set forth in those rules; (ii) statute, ordinance, or other governmental <br />regulation; (iii) by an order of a court of competent jurisdiction; or (iv) any other <br />applicable regulatory authority. <br />[Signature Pages follow] <br />
