<br />SECTION 4: Any person violating any provision of this ordinance commits a I <br />misdemeanor and is subject to the penalty provided in Section 82.159 of the San Marcos <br />City Code. <br /> <br />SECTION 5: This ordinance shall be in effect ten (10) days from and after its <br />passage, and the City Clerk will publish notice of its adoption in a newspaper of general <br />circulation in the City. <br /> <br />SECTION 6: The importance of this Ordinance creates an emergency and an <br />imperative public necessity, and the provisions of the Charter requiring that ordinances be <br />presented at three separate meetings, and that ordinances do not take effect until ten days <br />after the date of its final passage are suspended, and this Ordinance will take effect upon <br />publication of notice of its adoption in a newspaper of general circulation within the City. <br /> <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED on March 6, 2007. <br /> <br />~~~ <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />I <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />drew L.
