, , THE STATE OF TEXAS COUNTY OF HAYS x X RELEASE - WHEREAS, the City of San Marcos, Texas, lS considering the matter of abandoning a portion of Roberts Street, said Roberts Street being a street dedicated to public use as shown on the plat of Rio Vista Terrace in the City of San Marcos, Texas, a subdivision of record in Volume 132, Page 244, Hays County Deed Records; and, WHEREAS, said City has given due notice to all property owners whose property abuts the portion of Roberts Street being considered for abandonment, said portion being described in Exhibit A which is attached hereto and incorporated herein for all intents and purposes; and, WHEREAS, Ileene Garrison is the owner of all property abutting said portion of Roberts Street; and, I WHEREAS, it is to the advantage of Ileene Garrison whose property abuts said portion of Roberts Street being considered for abandonment and to the advantage of the public generally to abandon said portion of Roberts Street: NOW, THEREFORE, ln consideration of benefits to be received by Ileene Garrison and the general public, which are hereby acknowledged, 'Ileene Garrison does hereby fully and forever release, acquit and discharge said City, its officers, successors and assigns, from any and all actions, causes of action, claims and demands of whatsoever kind or nature on account of the abandonment and closing of the portion of Roberts Streets des- cribed in Exhibit A. II It is expressly understood and agreed that this release is intended as an agreement to the abandoning said portion of Roberts Street and is intended to cover and does cover all
