~ THE STATE OF TIX!\...S COUNTY OF HAYS RElJ'ASE "\^lliEREAS, the City of San Marcos, Texas, is considering the matter of I abandoning the alley in Block 25 of the vJestover Addition in the City of San Marcos, Texas, a subdivision of record in Volume 59, Page 184 of the Deed Records, Hays County, Texas, said alley located to the southeast of Lots 145, 146, 147, 148, 149 and 150 and to the northwest of Lots 151, 152, 153, 154, 155, and 156 and illustrated in red on the attached Exhibit A; and, IJHERF...AS, the City has given due notice to all property owners whose property abuts said alley being considered for abandorurent; .;md, WHEREAS, Robert McDonald is b.'1e ONner of all property abutting said portions of said streets and alley; and, 1VHERE.~, it is to the advantage of Robert McDonald whose property abuts J :1 said alley; and to the advantage of the public generally to abandon said alley, NOW, THEREFOPE, in consideration of benefi ts to be received by Robert j I ' . I McDonald and the general public, which are hereby ackncwledged, Robert Hc Donald does hereby fully and forever release, acquit and discharge s,,!id City, its officers, successors and assigns, from any and all actions, causes of action, claims and demands of whatsoever kind or nature on account of the abandorurent of said alley as illustrated on Exhibit A whie" lS attached hereto and incorporated herein for all intents and purposes.
