The subdivider shall file twelve (12) blue or black line copies of the <br />plat, one linen and one reproduceable mylar, with the Commission at <br />least fifteen (15) days prior to the date at which the Commission will <br />consider the request. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />Form and Content - The plat shall be drawn on sheets eighteen (18) <br />inches wide and twenty-four (24) inches long, 'with a binding margin of <br />not less than one and one-half (1~) inches on the left side of the <br />sheet and margins on the other three (3) sides not less than one (1) <br />inch. The plat shall be drawn to a scale of one hundred (100) feet to <br />one (1) inch. When more than one sheet is necessary to accomodate the <br />entire area, an index sheet showing the entire subdivision at an <br />appropriate scale shall be attached to the plat. The plat shall show <br />the following: <br /> <br />a. Names and addresses of the subdivider, record owner, engineer <br />and/or surveyor. <br /> <br />b. The exact location, dimensions, description and name of all <br />existing and/or proposed alleys, drainage structures, reservations, <br />easements, and lots with accurate dimensions, bearing or deflecting <br />angles with radii, area and central angles, degree of curvature, <br />tangent distance and length of all curves where applicable. <br /> <br />c. A partial vacation instrument will be duly acknowledged by the <br />owners or proprietors of the land being vacated prior to resub- <br />division or replatting of said land. <br /> <br />1.) With regard to a plat that is a replat of an original <br />plat filed pursuant to Article 974a, V.T.C.S. or a <br />replat filed pursuant to that statute, a partial vaca- <br />tion instrument signed by all property owners owning <br />property located within the original plat or replat <br />agreeing to the re-subdivision of existing lots. <br /> <br />2.) With regard to all other plats, a partial vacation <br />instrument duly acknowledged by the owners of the land <br />being vacated. <br /> <br />5. Processing <br /> <br />a. The subdivider shall file the plat with a fee equal to the cost <br />of recordation of the plat with the Director of Planning. Such <br />plat shall also be accompanied by a fee of twenty-five ($25.00) <br />dollars per plat, plus five ($5.00) dollars per acre for the <br />first five (5) acres or fraction thereof. Each acre thereafter <br />will be one ($1.00) dollar per acre or fraction thereof. Fee is <br />nonrefundable. <br /> <br />b. The Director of Planning shall process the plat and insure that <br />it is checked for conformance to City ordinances. <br /> <br />c. The Director of Planning shall forward the plat to the Commission <br />with any comments. <br /> <br />-13- <br />
