<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />(1) With regard to a plat that is a replat of an original plat <br />filed pursuant to Article 974a, V.T.C.S. or a replat filed <br />pursuant to that statute, a partial vacation instrument <br />signed by all property owners owning property located within <br />the original plat or replat agreeing to the re-subdivision <br />of existing lots. <br /> <br />(2) With regard to all other plats, a partial vacation instru- <br />ment duly acknowledged by the owners of the land being <br />vacated. <br /> <br />e. <br /> <br />In addition to the various requirements for the preliminary plat, <br />the final plat shall also include the following: <br /> <br />(1) An. accurate boundary survey of the property, with bearings <br />and distances referenced to survey lines and established <br />subdivisions, showing pertinent data concerning property <br />immediately adjacent in dashed lines. <br /> <br />(2) The exact location, dimensions, name, and description of all <br />existing or recorded streets, alleys, reservations,ease- <br />ments, or public rights-of-way within the subdivision, <br />intersecting or contiguous with its boundary or forming such <br />boundary, with accurate dimensions bearing or deflecting <br />angles and radii, area and central angle, degree of curva- <br />ture, tangent distance and length of all curves where appro- <br />priate. <br /> <br />(3) The exact location, dimensions, description, and name of all <br />proposed streets, alleys, drainage easements, parks, public <br />areas, reservations, easements or rights-of-way, blocks, <br />lots and significant sites within the subdivision, with <br />accurate dimensions bearing or deflecting angles and radii, <br />area and central angles, degree of curvature, tangent dis- <br />tance and length of all curves where appropriate. <br /> <br />(4) The location of all front, rear and side building setback <br />lines, if different from what the zoning ordinance requires, <br />or if the developer desires and the Commission approves a <br />more restrictive setback, in which case the setback will <br />also be a private covenant. <br /> <br />(5) Location and description of monuments which shall be placed <br />at each corner of the boundary survey of the subdivision. <br /> <br />(6) Number of all lots and blocks. <br /> <br />(7) Surveyor's or engineer's certificate to be placed on the <br />subdivision plat: <br /> <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, a (registered professional engineer <br />and/or public surveyor) in <br /> <br />-20- <br />
