<br />SECTION 11 - IR-2" DUPLEX OR TWO-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT <br /> <br />A. Permitted Uses: <br /> <br />In an IR-2" District no land shall be used and no buildings shall <br />be erected for or converted to any other use than: <br /> <br />1. Any use permitted in "R-l" District. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Duplex or two-family dwelling. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Duplex (two attached) townhouses. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />Duplex Condominiums. <br /> <br />5. Parking lots for Multi-Family Residential Use. <br /> <br />6. Storage buildings not larger than ten (10) feet by twelve <br />(12) feet. <br /> <br />B. Specific Uses: (Require Use Permits) <br /> <br />1. A mobile home on an unsubdivided tract or two mobile homes <br />per lot of record. <br /> <br />2. Parking facilities for non-residential uses. <br /> <br />C. Prohibited Uses: <br /> <br />1. Any building erected or land used for other than one or more <br />of the preceding specified uses. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />2. Any use of property that does not meet the required minimum <br />lot size; front, side and rear yard dimension; and/or lot <br />width; or exceeds the maximum height, building coverage or <br />density per gross acre as required. <br /> <br />D. <br /> <br />Area Requirements <br /> <br />1.
