<br />City Mobile Home Park Ordinance. Such subdivision shall <br />have as its major purpose, the sales and conveyance of <br />property rights and ownership of individual lots to consumers. <br /> <br />3. At no time may an existing Mobile Home, or Recreational <br />Vehicle Park be converted to a Mobile Home, or Recreational <br />Vehicle Subdivision without first meeting all the requirements <br />of the City Subdivision Ordinance and receiving approval by <br />the Council. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />E. <br /> <br />Section 22, of this Ordinance shall not apply to mobile or modular <br />homes in this district. <br /> <br />F. <br /> <br />Area Requirements <br /> <br /> 1. Minimum area of mobile home lot or space <br /> a. Internal 3200 square feet <br /> b. Corner 4400 square feet <br /> 2. Minimum mobile home lot frontage on a <br /> public street, or private drive <br /> a. Internal 40 feet <br /> b. Corner 55 feet <br /> 3. Minimum lot depth 80 feet <br /> 4. Minimum depth of front setback 10 feet* <br /> 5. Minimum depth of rear setback 5 feet** <br /> 6. Minimum width of side setback <br /> a. Internal lot 5 feet <br /> b. Corner lot 25 feet as measured <br /> from the lot line ad- <br />I joining a public street <br />7. Maximum building coverage as a per- <br /> centage of lot area N/A <br /> 8. Maximum height of structures 35 feet or 2 1/2 <br /> stories which- <br /> ever is less <br /> <br />9. All mobile home parks shall have <br />an open space equal to 5% of the <br />gross area of the park. <br /> <br />10.
