<br />Special Meeting <br /> <br />December 11, 2006 <br /> <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />Mayor Narvaiz introduced for consideration approval of two appointments to I <br />the Construction Board of Appeals. Mr. Guerrero moved to reappoint <br />Bill Watson as the Master Plumber representative and Ms. Robertson moved <br />to reappoint Curtis Seebeck as the residential builder representative, <br />which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Mayor Narvaiz introduced for consideration approval of eight appointments <br />to the Convention and Visitors Bureau. Ms. Robertson moved to appoint <br />Michelle Carswell as the Outlet Mall representative, Mayor Narvaiz moved <br />to appoint Sharon Toeller as the Hotel/Motel industry representative, Mr. <br />Guerrero moved to appoint Chris Jones as the Council Member <br />representative, Ms. Couch moved to appoint Donna Hill as the Chamber <br />representative, Mr. Jones moved to reappoint Larry Teis as the Texas State <br />Athletics representative, Mayor Narvaiz moved to reappoint Shilpa Amin as <br />the Hotel/Motel fewer than 90 rooms representative, Ms. Robertson moved to <br />reappoint Robert Mooney as the Heritage Association/Museum representative <br />and Mr. Jones moved to reappoint Lorie Kennedy as the second Outlet Mall <br />representative, which passes unanimously. <br /> <br />Mayor Narvaiz introduced for consideration approval of six appointments to <br />the Economic Development Board. Mayor Narvaiz moved to reappoint Bruce <br />Tifft, as the CEO or sr. management staff of manufacturing firm <br />representative, Mr. Guerrero moved to appoint Kay Stroman, as the CEO or I <br />senior management staff of 100 plus employees representative, Ms. <br />Robertson moved to reappoint Don Nash, as the CEO or Senior Management <br />staff of financial institution representative, Mayor Narvaiz moved to <br />reappoint Perry Moore, as the CEO or senior management staff of 100 plus <br />employees representative, Mayor Narvaiz moved to reappoint Debbie <br />Gonzales-Ingsble, as the Hays County representative, and Mr. Jones moved <br />to reappoint Wayne A. Becak, as the CEO or senior management staff of <br />financial institution representative, which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Mayor Narvaiz introduced for consideration approval of two appointments to <br />the Ethics Review Commission. Mr. Thomaides moved to appoint Brandon <br />Caldwell, Ms. Couch moved to reappoint Jacqueline Cable, and Mr. Guerrero <br />moved to reappoint Fraye Stokes.
