General Provisions, General Business Operations of Contractor Article, Section 12.24, <br />Property Inventory and Protection of Assets, is replaced with the following: <br />Contractor shall maintain a nonexpendable personal property (equipment and controlled <br />assets) inventory and submit an annual cumulative report to DSHS Property Management <br />Group in coordination with the Department's Contract Oversight and Support Section. <br />Format and delivery date as designated by DSHS, Contractor shall administer a program <br />of maintenance, repair and protection of assets under this Contract so as to assure their <br />full availability and usefulness. In the event Contractor is indemnified, reimbursed, or <br />otherwise compensated for any loss of, destruction of, or damage to the assess provided <br />under this Contract, it shall use the proceeds to repair or replace said assets. <br />General Provisions, General Business Operations of Contractor Article, Section 12.27, <br />Property Acquisitions, is not applicable to this contract attachment. <br />PROGRAM ATTACHMENT -Page 10 <br />
