<br />29 <br /> <br />Regular Meeting <br /> <br />March 28, 1988 <br /> <br />Page 8 <br /> <br />Mr. Brown moved the Council adjourn into Executive Session pursuant <br />to Article 6252-17, §2(e), V.A.C.S., to discuss contemplated litiga- <br />tion and matters where the duties of the City Attorney to the City <br />pursuant to the Code of Professional Responsibility of the State Bar <br />of Texas clearly conflicts with Article 6252-17, and Mayor Younger <br />seconded the motion, which passed unanimously (11:13 p.m.). <br /> <br />Ms. Kissler moved the Council reconvene at 11:31 p.m. and Mr. Hernan- <br />dez seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Mayor Younger introduced for consideration authorizing the City Atto~ney <br />to seek Declaratory Judgment with respect to Chapter 252 of the Local <br />Government Code and other related laws and requirements with respect <br />to bidding a Public Works project.
