01;'IC7, IN, A L <br />THIS CONTRACT for janitorial services for the Activity Center, Police Department, <br />Public Library, and Neighborhood Services Building is entered into by and between the <br />Receiving Party and the Performing Party pursuant tothe authority granted in compliance with <br />the provisions of Chapter 122, llonnau Resources Code, and oodiOnd by TDBll Industries, Inc. <br />(^T|BH") as u contract in compliance with the provisions of Chapter 1.22` 11unnun |{oouuruoo <br />Code. <br />In consideration of the premises and of the mutual covenants and agreements of the <br />oadica hereto to be by them ,canootvc|y kept and porKzrn)cd as hereinafter set forth, it is agreed <br />as follows: <br />Receiving Patty: City of San Marcos, Texas <br />Performing Party: Goodwill Temporary Services, Inc. <br />Certifying Party: T1BH Industries, Inc. <br />The contract period for this Agreement ahsU begin on Doocmhc, l, 2014, and ehu| end <br />on November 30, 2015. <br />The Receiving Podv names Ken Claybourn, Facilities Manager, Parks and <br />Recreation Department, as the City's Contract Administrator. The City reserves the right to <br />change the City's Contract /\dnnioiobutor with vvdden notification to the Performing and <br />Certifying Parties. <br />The Performing Party will perform the following services for the following facilities: <br />|.
