<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2007- 208 R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS ADOPTING A REVISED ECONOMIC <br />DEVELOPMENT INCENTIVES POLICY; AND DECLARING AN <br />EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />RECITALS: <br /> <br />1. The City Council wishes to promote economic development within the City of <br />San Marcos, and approved a revised Economic Development Incentives Policy by Resolution <br />2006-91R on June 6, 2006. <br /> <br />2. The City Council wishes to approve, as revised, the City's 2007-2008 Economic <br />Development Incentive Policy. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. The City Council finds and determines that it is in the City's interest to <br />adopt the attached revised Economic Development Incentives Policy and elects continue the <br />City's eligibility to participate in tax abatement. <br /> <br />PART 2. The attached revised City of San Marcos Economic Development Incentives <br />Policy is approved and adopted. <br /> <br />PART 3.
