<br />for the previous month for review and approval. This invoice will include the funds <br />expended and/or services performed directly for small business economic development. <br />3. The ED Board will approve, disapprove, or approve with modifications each <br />invoice within 15 days of receipt from the Chamber. The Chamber may resubmit to the <br />City Manager or designee, with modifications or corrections, an invoice that is <br />disapproved by the ED Board. The ED Board or the City Manager or designee may <br />request additional information from the Chamber related to invoices. <br />B. Performance Reviews. The City, through the ED Board and the City Council, will <br />conduct periodic performance reviews of the Chamber's services under this Agreement in <br />accordance with the performance measures and performance review plan approved by the City <br />Council. These reviews may be conducted jointly by the ED Board and the City Council. <br />C. Funding from Hays County. Hays County may make periodic contributions of <br />funding to the City towards the economic development services provided by the Chamber under <br />this Agreement. In the event Hays County makes such a contribution, the City Manager will <br />notify the ED Board and the Chamber of each such contribution, and the Chamber will, in <br />consultation with the ED Board, develop and submit proposed modifications to the then-current <br />program, performance measures, performance evaluation plan, and budget, to account for the <br />County contribution, to the City Council for review and approval. <br /> <br />SECTION 4. TERM <br /> <br />The initial term of this Agreement will commence and become effective on October 1, <br />2007, and will terminate on September 30, 2009. This Agreement may be extended for up to <br />three one-year periods after the initial term with the mutual agreement of both parties, executed <br />in the form of a letter agreement. <br /> <br />SECTION 5. MISCELLANEOUS <br /> <br />A. Notices.
