1, the duly appointed, qualified and acting City Secretary of San Marcos, Texas, do hereby certify <br />that the above and foregoing ordinance was passed and adopted on third reading at a regular meeting of <br />the City Council of said San Marcos, Texas, held on the 2nd day of December, 2014; that written notice <br />of the date, place and subject of said meeting was posted on a bulletin board located at a place convenient <br />to the public in the City Hall for at least 72 hours preceding the day of said meeting; that the Mayor Daniel <br />Guerrero, and 6 Council members: <br />1. Lisa Prewitt <br />2. Jude Prather <br />3. John Thomaides <br />4. Jane Hughson <br />5. Ryan Thomason <br />6.
