A task force set up by LCRA has broken down
and is in the process of reforming. Mr. Gonzalez expects to receive
a report from our attorney and consultant within two to three weeks.

Ms. Kissler moved the Council adjourn into Executive Session pursuant
to Article 6252-17, §2(e), V.A.C.S., to discuss matters where the du-
ties of the City Attorney to the City pursuant to the Code of Professional
Responsibility of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with Arti-
cle 6252-17, and Mr. Guerra seconded the motion, which passed unani-
mously (8:58 p.m.).

Mr. Brown moved the Council reconvene at 10:09 p.m. and Mr. Plummer
seconded the motion, which passed unanimously.

The meeting adjourned at 10:11 p.m. on motion made by Mr. Brown and
seconded by Mr. Hernandez.

Karl W.
