20% of the money actually collected for all billable incidents <br />In collection actions, the Company will continue to take the 20% fee (of the net of the collected <br />amount, not the original amount). The following commission rates apply. <br />Commercial Collection Commission: <br />20% on collections in excess of $5,000.00 <br />25% on collections between $400.01 - $5,000.00 <br />50% on collections up to $400.00 <br />Not to exceed $100.00 fee on all collections up to $400.00 <br />Consumer /Individual Collection Fees <br />50% on collections between $1.00 - $300.00 <br />35% on collections in excess of $300.00 <br />If the invoice is not paid within 90 calendar days, a late charge of 10% of the invoice, as well as <br />1.5% per month, as well as the actual cost of the collections, will be accessed to the responsible <br />party. <br />13.3 Compensation for Additional Services, if necessary, will be based on the Company's then <br />current rates as negotiated with and approved by the City in accordance with Article 2 of this <br />Agreement prior to the Company executing any additional services on the City's behalf. <br />Each of the persons executing this Agreement represents that he or she has full power and <br />authority to execute this Agreement on behalf of the party that person represents.
