Regular Meeting November 5, 2007 Page 2 <br />Mayor Narvaiz announced the Council would reconvene at 12:55 p.m. <br />Mayor Narvaiz introduced for consideration adoption or direction to Staff <br />on matters discussed in Executive Session. Mr. O'Leary stated the City <br />Council received an update and gave directions regarding the City Manager <br />search and City Clerk employment. He stated the Council also discussed the <br />duties of the Interim City Manager and Interim Economic Development <br />Director and provided direction. He stated the Council also received a <br />Development Prospect Update Report and updates on Rich Project and SFI <br />Project and provided direction. He also stated Council will continue the <br />remaining Executive Session items after the Regular Meeting. <br />Pastor Bruce Wilson of the St. Mark's Episcopal Church lead the Invocation. <br />Mayor Narvaiz lead the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />Mayor Narvaiz introduced the Citizen Comment Period. 1) Brad Rollins <br />inquired to the Kyle Correction audit. 2) Ed Davis thanked Police Officer <br />Lisa Dvorak for her efforts in a peaceful few weeks in October in the <br />Sagewood neighborhood. He stated but the past week the speeding, beer <br />bottles and dead animals have returned. <br />Mayor Narvaiz introduced the Staff Report. Mr. O'Leary stated he did not <br />have a report at this time. <br />Mayor Narvaiz introduced the City Council Reports. The City Council chose <br />not to provide reports at this meeting. <br />Mayor Narvaiz introduced for consideration approval of minutes of the <br />Regular Meeting held October 16, 2007, adoption of eleven Resolutions and <br />approval and receive the Quarterly Investment Report for the quarter ended <br />September 30, 2007, on consent. The Council pulled Items 11, 12, 13, 17, 20 <br />and 21, adoption of Resolution to be considered separately. Mr. Jones <br />moved for approval of minutes of the Regular Meeting held October 16, 2007, <br />adoption of the remaining five Resolutions and approval of the Quarterly <br />Investment Report for the quarter ended September 30, 2007, on consent, and <br />Mr. Guerrero seconded the motion, which passed unanimously.
